Beijing Shuibiqing Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. Silicone-type defoamer-Tonghua factory direct hair If the main body of the process is biochemical, that is, the excess sludge is dewatered (may contain part of the primary sediment), only cationic PAM is needed as the sludge dewatering agent.
If the main body of the process adopts physical and chemical processes, such as first-level intensification, loading magnetic separation, etc., it is generally first to add PAC for conditioning, then add anionic flocculant, and then add cationic flocculant for dehydration. The specific dosage depends on the sewage water quality.
There are also many sewage treatment stations where PAC or other inorganic flocculants can be directly added to the sludge dewatering. This is widely used in plate and frame filter presses, especially in electronic plants or small sewage treatment stations.
When PAM is used as a sludge dewatering agent, the ratio of PAM to water is generally between 0.1% and 0.2%. After being dissolved into glue, it is added to the sludge for mixing treatment.
The ratio with the sludge is generally 5%-10%, and some are lower. This should be determined according to the concentration of the sludge. Fortunately, the best dosage and use model can be determined through the on-site beaker experiment. Different sludge, different chemicals, different equipment, different levels, the treatment effect of sludge is different.
3. Sewage treatment plants use cationic polyacrylamide as a dewatering agent for sewage sludge. In communicating with customers, customers often ask about the dosage of sludge dehydrating agent in the dewatering of sewage sludge. To know the dosage of sludge dehydrating agent relatively accurately, first understand these parameters, the water content of sludge, the water content of mud cake, the amount of sludge, the amount of medicine, the concentration of the medicine, etc.
Sludge moisture content: The percentage of the ratio of the weight of moisture in the sludge to the total weight of the sludge is called the sludge moisture content.
Mud cake moisture content: The percentage of the ratio of the weight of the moisture content of the desludged sludge, that is, the total weight of the sludge, to the total weight of the sludge is called the mud cake moisture content.
Also use the following formulas to calculate
1. Dosing amount mg/L= Dosing/treatment water amount/dispensing concentration
2. The amount of treated water and the amount of chemical added = the amount of treated water m3/h * the amount of chemical added g/m3
3. Dry mud volume = treated water volume* [(1- sludge moisture content)/(1- mud cake moisture content)]
4. Chemical consumption per ton of dry mud g/m3= dosage/dry mud volume
The error of the above calculation results may be relatively large, so it is only for reference during sewage operation. The actual consumption must be tested on the actual machine.
