Acid resistance (pH value is 3.0-6.0) and Good alkali resistance (pH 10.0-14.0).

V. Recommendations for use
(1) XP1035C can be diluted with thickening water. During the dilution process, the stirring speed is 30rpm-60rpm, and the recommended stirring time is not more than 10min. Please ask the customer service department of the company for the specific dilution method. The company will not be responsible for the adverse consequences caused by the incorrect use of the product.
(2) When the product is used on site, it is recommended to choose the place where the defoamer is easy to disperse. The specific applications are as follows:
Textile industry (acrylic pulp): as a formula component, it should be added after the pulp production is completed. (It is added at low temperature) or directly added during the sizing process. The added amount accounts for 0.2%~0.5% of the total formula;
Textile industry (textile auxiliaries): as a formula component, it is added to the auxiliaries, and the added amount accounts for 0.05%-1% of the total formula;
metalworking fluid: directly added to the metalworking fluid as a formula component or added directly on site, the addition amount is between 0.05%-1% of the total formula;
Industrial cleaning: directly added as a formula component It can be added directly to the cleaning agent or at the cleaning site, and the amount of addition accounts for 0.05%-1% of the total formula;
Chemical building materials (water reducing agent): directly added to the water reducing agent as a formula component or It is added and used during the on-site mortar mixing process, and the added amount is between 0.05% and 1% of the total formula.
Note: Adding point, adding amount, adding method and dilution ratio need to be decided by the customer according to the actual situation on the site. If there are special requirements, it can be negotiated and customized.
The defoamer is suitable for storage at 5℃~40℃, keep it ventilated, keep away from fire, avoid sunlight exposure or prevent rain. Do not add acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive substances to this product. Store in accordance with general chemical methods. After use, ensure that it is sealed to avoid deterioration.
If there is layering after long-term storage, stir it evenly, generally it will not affect the use effect. This product may freeze below 0°C. If it freezes, stir it evenly after dissolving, without affecting the use effect (the stirring speed is 30rpm-60rpm).
The shelf life is 9 months from the date of manufacture at the recommended storage temperature and unopened packaging.
