PolypropylenePP is based on propylene (CH 3 —CH=CH 2 ) as monomer and H 2 as Molecular weight regulators, synthetic resins obtained by polymerization, have three different three-dimensional structures: isotactic, random and syndiotactic.
Polypropylene does not contain polar groups, has excellent electrical insulation properties, and the water absorption rate is less than 0.01%; It is a semi-crystalline polymer with excellent chemical stability. Except for strong oxidants, it is stable to most chemicals. The solution of inorganic acid, alkali and salt has almost no destructive effect on polypropylene. Polypropylene has excellent ductility, bending fatigue resistance and heat resistance, light specific gravity, polypropylene melting point around 165°C, high tensile strength and surface hardness, continuous use temperature up to 120°C, and environmental stress cracking resistance it is good.
