Performance and use
Polyol phosphate ester is a new type of water treatment agent with good scale and corrosion inhibition properties. Due to the introduction of multiple polyoxyethylene groups into the molecule, it not only improves the corrosion inhibition performance, but also improves the scale inhibition of calcium scale and the dispersion ability of sediment. It has an excellent inhibitory effect on the deposition of barium and strontium in water that cannot be controlled by the existing domestic scale inhibitors, and also has an excellent anti-scaling effect on the deposition of insoluble salts such as calcium carbonate and calcium in water, and has cathodic protection on steel. The corrosion inhibition effect is comparable to the existing similar products in China. Polyol phosphates are well miscible with water stabilizers such as polycarboxylates, organic acid salts, inorganic phosphates, and zinc salts.
Polyol phosphate ester is used as a scale inhibitor for oilfield water injection collection (especially as a substitute for Nalco Visco 953), and a corrosion and scale inhibitor for industrial cooling water treatment.

How to use
Varies due to water quality and process conditions. Polyol phosphate is used as a scale inhibitor, and the general dosage is less than 15mg/L, and when used as a closed-cycle corrosion inhibitor, it can be as high as 150mg/L or more.
