Introduction to "Adhesive for Large Area Polyethylene"
Large area PE plastic composite material glueHuaqi Shi QIS3011 glue is a one-component adhesive with special resin. No irritating odor, stable, can be constructed at room temperature. It is used for the bonding of large outdoor billboards, and the bonding between wood, metal, plastic, cement, concrete, tiles, marble, etc. After bonding, it can be cured naturally at room temperature, and the positioning time is fast. -30 minutes can achieve quite good strength, the cured adhesive is completely non-white, insoluble and infusible, and has good waterproof, anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties.
【How to use】
1. Surface treatment, should first remove plastic or wood, tiles, water concrete and other bonding surface oil, water stains or a lot of dust.
2. Glue, the glue should be uniform and in place, without leaving blind spots. After double-sided gluing, let it cool for 8 minutes before attaching. It can also be single-sided gluing. It should be attached immediately but the complete curing time is slightly longer.
3. If conditions permit, it will be properly pressurized after gluing.
4. Initial curing, 10-30 minutes for positioning, 24 hours for strength.
【Notes】
1. After gluing, it should be effectively bonded within the specified positioning time to fully react and increase the tensile strength.
2. Storage conditions: sealed, stored in a cool (25℃), ventilated warehouse, away from fire heat sources.
【Shelf life】
Sealed and stored in a cool (25℃), dry warehouse for 12 months.
