Ultra Hydrolysis Resistant Polyester PolyolPolyester polyol has good adhesion and cohesive strength, and is widely used in coatings and adhesives industry, but polyester polyol has poor water resistance, which is the main factor that has always plagued the development of such materials one.
Shuyu Chemical has developed a special structure polyester polyol L3025 through independent innovation, which is a special linear structure polyester diol, aliphatic. It has good fluidity at room temperature, and has excellent water resistance and hydrolysis resistance. At the same time, the polyester diol has excellent low temperature flexibility and excellent adhesion to polar substrates. Low viscosity, high transparency; excellent alcohol solubility; almost insoluble in water, soluble in ketones, alcohols, esters and aromatic hydrocarbon organic solvents.
Main applications:
1. Suitable for urethane resin and UV urethane acrylate resin prepolymer.
2. Suitable for water-based leather surface resin, giving excellent transparency, adhesion, softness and other properties.
3. The alcohol solubility of L3025 series is very good, suitable for alcohol-soluble polyurethane resin. It has good compatibility with polyurethane and is mainly used in aliphatic polyurethane. Its main function is to increase flexibility. It can be used in the preparation of polyurethane acrylic oligomers.
4. Can be used in waterborne polyurethane dispersions and solvent-borne systems, with hydrolysis resistance.
