L3009Application of L3009 in Polyurethane Foam Industry
L3009 has a high elongation at break of 1500%, good flexibility and excellent low temperature performance (Tg -50 degrees). L3009 has good compatibility with most polyether polyols. Adding a part (10-20%) of L3009 to the foaming system can improve the wettability and adhesion of the foamed material to the substrate. L3009 is a colorless and transparent product with a molecular weight of 5500, a room temperature viscosity of 40000-50000cps, and a density of 1.15 (23℃, g/cm3). L3009 has been applied in domestic shoe-making enterprises.
Application in epoxy toughening
L3009 has good flexibility, high molecular weight and long flexible block, which can be used to toughen epoxy anhydrides. Adding 15% of L3009 can improve toughness by 35-40%.
