A3011 polyester polyolIntroduction: A3011 is a medium molecular weight linear copolyester polyol containing terminal hydroxyl groups. It is specially designed and developed for reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesives. It is an amorphous transparent solid at room temperature and plays a role in reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesives. Shorten open time, increase initial strength, improve melt viscosity and effect on bonding strength to polar substrates. Widely used in the production of reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesives for the automotive, wood, packaging, textile, book and board manufacturing industries.

How to use: This product is melted and dried in vacuum at 130℃ for 1 hour, and then reacted with the metered polyisocyanate under the protection of inert gas to produce reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive.
