Scope of use:

1. Thermosetting powder coatings: epoxy resin, polyester, acrylic resin.

Features of use:

Nano-alumina (model VK-L20M) is used in powder coatings to improve the bulkiness of powder coatings and has a good anti-caking effect. The addition amount is generally 0.3-0.5%, and the effect is added when the finished product is sieved. Nano-Al2O3 can improve the electrification properties of powders, especially when using tribo electrified spraying, it can significantly improve the powder application rate and solve the problem of dead corners, and has no effect on the gloss of powder coatings.
