2. Application
YH-561 is a grade specially developed for low hardness elastomer products. Its outstanding feature is that it has a high elastic modulus under high oil extension rate, and elastic recovery of other grades. Under the same oil extension rate, the surface of the products produced by YH-561 is dry and non-sticky, with high hardness, elastic recovery even under strain of more than 600%, and moderate tensile strength, which can meet various low It is mainly used for soft toys (especially suitable for toy hair balls), vibration damping sheets, etc. It can also be used for the production of higher hardness elastomers. It has both the performance of YH-503 and YH-602, so it can be used in the application fields of YH-503 and YH-602.
The typical properties of the direct injection molded products after mixing 1 part of YH-561 with 4 parts of 15# white oil are as follows:
Tensile strength at break: 2.5MPa

Tear Elongation at break: 1000%
Deformation at break: <20%
600% elastic recovery: >98%
Compression deformation: <5%
