Overview:
Niax catalyst C-5 is a tertiary amine (N,N,N',N',N" pentamethyldiethylenetriamine). The catalyst is characterized as a strong foaming catalyst while maintaining good gelation properties. Provides balanced catalytic water/isocyanate (foaming) and polyol/isocyanate (gelling) reactions.

Pentamethyldiethylenetriamine is an organic compound with molecular formula C9H23N3. colorless or slightly yellow transparent liquid, soluble in water, ether and alcohol solvent, can absorb moisture and carbon dioxide in the air. It is an efficient catalyst for polyurethane soft foam, used in the formulation of soft foam products, also can be used as an auxiliary catalyst for hard foam to improve the fluidity of PU foam in large capacity refrigerators.

Description of use
High efficiency catalyst for polyurethane soft foam, mainly used in the formulation of soft foam products, also can be used as an auxiliary catalyst for hard foam to improve the fluidity of PU foam in large capacity refrigerators. The product has high catalytic activity, fast foaming speed and high toughness as well as high load-bearing properties. In the soft foam with 100 parts of polyether, add 0.1-0.5 of this product can get better results, the product and low odor, more widely used.

Packed in clean, dry, sealed and leak-free special plastic drums with a net weight of 20kg/25kg/180kg per drum.
Storage and transportation
When transporting Catalyst, it should be strictly protected from rain and staining, carefully and gently stored to prevent leakage from collision with hard objects. When storing Catalyst, it should be stored at room temperature in a ventilated and dry warehouse, avoiding humid environment, and the storage temperature should be kept below 25℃, avoiding sunlight as much as possible, and away from water and heat sources. To prevent moisture absorption and oxidation, it is recommended to fill the container with nitrogen.
Shelf life
Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture, after which the product can be used after retesting.

Leak handling
